I mean, it's very obvious by the comments for any article/comic/joke that even mentions a specific Linux distribution that there is no universal standard for what is good and what is not. So there would be no way to tell if one distro is more fit than an other, so making a GA for improving them would be all but impossible... But I'm still going to ponder it, because I really like the idea :) It would be fun.
